In August we returned to Virginia so Gianna could go to Camp Nonna with her cousin for a few days. She had a marvelous time! The boys and I had fun at what we have termed "Camp GrandmaGrandpa," which is not really any different than any other visit to their house.
One day we went to a little farm, mostly so Mark could ride a pony. He enjoyed feeding the animals and playing on the playground equipment there.
Once we returned home it was family time for the rest of the summer. Elizabeth took this great picture of us at their house.
Gianna adores her baby brother...and the feeling is mutual, I think. He'll probably miss her when school starts again!
He started rolling really well...and constantly!
Cute little guy, already 4 months on August 22!
We even visited Doug at work and got to ride the train (the only reason worth going in the kids' minds.)
And we got in one last visit to Rita's before school started! Mark may have had a blue water ice.
